CrypTaj Global Journey in Innovation
CrypTaj is a global company, a leader in research into new forms of construction for homes and burial crypts. Its R&D laboratories, located in the United States, Florida, have traveled to Asia, India, China, and the Philippines, searching for solutions that could disrupt current methods.
The journey did not stop in Asia, and continued through the African continent.
The entire ritualistic structure of the way in which these cultures live and bury their dead was observed, as well as how this impacts and brings architectural and engineering benefits.

Precast monoblock cement houses
Our R&D, Research and Development laboratories have developed the major housing project for developing countries, under the acronym HFFL23 – houses for family living, 2023.
This project consists of manufacturing houses in pre-cast monoblock cement, with all hydraulic and electrical parts, finishes, furniture and decoration built into the project, which are included together with the installation of the residence in the Turn Key concept.

Our R&D laboratories developed the burial crypt project
This project consists of manufacturing funeral crypts in pre-cast monoblock cement, with mortuary boxes, electrical systems, finishes, doors and stained glass windows built into the project, which are included in the installation.
BioGrit Device
Our crypts are coupled with the modern Soil Necro-Retaining device – Bio Grit System, which consists of a device that makes the crypts waterproof, eliminating 100% of the necro-leachate residues, thus being a crypt that does not pollute the soil.

Speed and cleanliness of the construction site, combined with savings
Construction and installation of buildings are much faster because they are designed in a house and crypt factory. This predictability allows for a clean construction site, as well as savings on waste that every construction project entails.
Concern for the environment
As there is no waste on the construction site, there are lower levels of waste and therefore less damage to the environment, in addition to our Bio Grit technology that keeps pollutants out of contact with the soil.
